Door to door means that our driver will pick you up from any location you choose, provide you with a safe and comfortable ride, and drop off you at your destination.
3. What kind of vehicles do you have?
We have the smaller 5 seater and the more spacious 17/18 seater to meet your different transport needs.
4. Is the cost inclusive of all tolls and surcharges?
Yes, the cost you pay is including of all tolls, petrol charges (except of add point or waiting hours).
5. Do I have to get out of the car during custom clearance?

6. Are your charges by per pax?
No, our charges are by vehicle type. A 7-seater can take a maximum of 6 passengers while a 10-seater can take up to 9 passengers, depending on how many pieces of luggage you have.
7. How far in advance should I book the car ?
You can book at any time via WhatsApp. We do recommend to book at least 2-3 days ahead for weekend bookings. For instant or within same day bookings, please WhatsApp us to check driver availability for you.
8. When should I receive the driver's contact details?
You will receive the driver's contact details around 7-8pm on the day before your travelling date.
9. How long in advance can I revise my travel schedule?
Kindly inform us ASAP for any changes. You can make travel changes 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, the acceptance of the revision will still depend on the availability of the car.
10. Are the prices listed for single trip or for return trip?
All of our listed prices are referring to one-way or two-way trip, and our two way pricing have been discount.
11. I have babies and small toddlers as passengers. Do I have to indicate this in "no. of passengers"?
Yes, please indicate correct number of infants or children in your booking details. There will be maximum number of passengers allowed for private vehicle ride depending on vehicle type. Therefore, we can advise suitable vehicle accordingly.
12. Is that my children need for car seat or booster?
If there are children in the car, please inform our customer service staff, who will provide you with a detailed explanation of whether it is necessary.
13. I am very sensitive to smoke odour/smell. Can I get a non-smoking vehicle?
Yes, please indicate during booking request.
14. Who are your drivers?
Our drivers are from Malaysia and they have many years of experience. They also have safe driving records and are familiar with the road conditions in both Singapore and Malaysia.\n\nOur drivers are friendly and conversant in English, Mandarin, Malay and dialects. They will be more than happy to share with you suggestions on interesting places to visit during your trips too!
