First of all, the response time was very good, as we decided the evening before to try to book a driver to go to Malaysia, quick response and good service. Our driver came at the agreed timing and off we went to Malaysia from Singapore. He was very good and drove carefully and took good vare of the whole group. There were some places we wanted to see, and our driver made sure to take us all the places and waited whilst we got to take some pictures. We also wanted to go shopping at Johor outlet, and he picked us up when we were done. And as an extra service he helped us find some souvenirs that we wanted. This was great, we recommend BestWay Transport, thank you.

Fantastic! A great hassle free ride. Drivers were on time and very helpful. The car provided was very comfortable, well maintained and clean. Most importantly Richard was always available to attend to our requests and arrange the routes. 👍👍👍

Rapid response. Booked shortly after landing in SG. Drivers are very professional and Vehicles were spotless. Able to book last minute and dropped my group safely across the border in Malaysia, to the doorstep. Communication with drivers was excellent the minute the booking was confirmed and that didn't take long either! Company and Driver very friendly. Used this company about 4 times during a visit back in November 2022 and they were excellent and reliable!

Easy and fast transport to and from Singapore. 3 of us from our hotel in JB, were picked up in a big van (only us) and went thru the immigration checkpoint at the causeway .. Eezy Peezy and breezy!! Day trip in Spore and we did what we had to and was then pick up at the Jewel Mall in Spore back to JB. Very reasonable price, punctual and reliable.

Engaged BestWayTransport for a trip to Legoland from Singapore with my friends and family. For the SG -> Legoland leg, driver exceeded expectation by being 30min earlier than stipulated time. We left a bag on his car and he even drove all the way back to pass it back to us. For the Legoland -> SG leg, driver was very alert and changed lane efficiently to avoid unnecessary delay due to jam at the custom. The company itself is relatively responsive and clear in their communication. Ultimately, a very fuss free experience and rates were reasonable.

Very pleased with the service Best Way has provided. From easy booking via WhatsApp, to being very responsive to the many queries I had before the trip. Driver by the name Jeff was fantastic. First of all he came earlier than my set time and waited for me. On the way to the border crossing he offered me to buy a coffee, after I told him that I had a 17 hours nonstop flight and didn't sleep well. He helped at the Johor border crossing and customs. He was handling my 2 heavy suitcases. I'll ask Richard if he could designate Jeff again on the way back. Richard also was helpful from the beginning. He is very professional. His company is very reliable.
