The drivers were very responsible and courteous. Vehicles are exceptionally clean and the flexibility of the drivers to accommodate your breaks along the way. I would also like to mentioned that the service staff are just as good as the drivers. Thank you Kaitlyn for arranging Ken and Shawn.

I found Best Way Transport on the first page of Google purely by chance, and it happened in a very short time, just one day before (H-1) I needed transportation from Singapore to Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Best Way Transport was the third travel service I contacted that day, but they were by far the fastest to respond to my WhatsApp messages. The pricing was clearly listed as nett on the website, so there was no need to worry about any hidden charges or price manipulation. The driver assigned to me, Mr. Roger, arrived at the pickup location earlier than scheduled. He was extremely friendly, attentive to customers, and generously shared recommendations for local food spots and recreational places in Johor Bahru. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend Best Way Transport to anyone who needs transportation from Singapore to Malaysia. We booked trip to Lego land two way trips with bestway. They are so responsive and provide details for all my queries promptly! The drivers are so punctual dropped us in destination ahead of our planned time. We enjoyed the trip .

This was an excellent experience. Booking was very organised. Pick up from Changi airport was perfect with very good communication. Driver was excellent at navigating us across the causeway from singapore to Malaysia (this could have been a very tricky transit without the help). Price was as agreed. Definitely 5* service. Would use them every time.
