Very fast & prompt response. Vehicle was good and clean. Drivers are friendly and know their ways around, especially beating the custom’s jam. Will recommend to those wanting to go Malaysia and I’m looking forward to engage them again for my next trip

MY mum and I was desperate to get to JB directly, due to family emergency. my mum is in a wheelchair, n since we've just sold our car, we don't know how to get quickly to JB n we had to get there fast. So I googled n immediately chose best way transport. Richard replied to my WhatsApp msg almost immediately. I explained the situation to him coz my elderly mum had to go alone 1st with her wheelchair n all her bags. He listened n reacted very fast, he understood my concerns ABT my elderly mum traveling alone coz I told him how old people tended to panic easily n get scared. We were lucky coz due to Richard s quick reaction, he told me one of his driver's is in Spore already. N was able to arrive in less than 30 mins. When the driver TS arrived, I explained to him the situation again n he was so kind n patient when handling my elderly mum. He told me not to worry, he will make sure my mum will arrive at her destination quickly m safely n he will make sure our JB family will be there to greet my mum. Plus traffic on causeway happened to be clear. So on the whole with Richard n TS strong support, they made my mum's travel a seamless n absolutely stress-free. So thank you VERY MUCH for both Ur excellent customer service especially when handling the elderly. We are forever grateful to U both. N the fare was competitive too... Quite reasonable. I will recommend best way transport to anyone. They will take care of u extremely well. Keep up the good work guys!!

My worst nightmare happened yesterday late noon when my family and I found ourselves denied entry into Singapore and forced to turn back to JB as we didn’t know LTA implemented VEP online only before you enter Singapore and no more buying it upon arrival. Upon returning to JB and thinking of alternative mode of transportation to re-enter Singapore (with kids and luggages in tow), I googled and found Best Way Transport, they have (legitimate) private cars like practically on standby to drive you into Singapore. They are fast, punctual and my assigned driver is very friendly too. Thanks again to Best Way Transport for making my day!!!

transport arrived on time and quick responds
This transport service was very prompt in replying to enquiries and the driver was punctual in pick up and drop off timing. Not only that, driver was very helpful in carrying and arranging items into the car. Very reliable service and highly recommended 👍
