Engaged BestWayTransport for a trip to Legoland from Singapore with my friends and family. For the SG -> Legoland leg, driver exceeded expectation by being 30min earlier than stipulated time. We left a bag on his car and he even drove all the way back to pass it back to us. For the Legoland -> SG leg, driver was very alert and changed lane efficiently to avoid unnecessary delay due to jam at the custom. The company itself is relatively responsive and clear in their communication. Ultimately, a very fuss free experience and rates were reasonable.

Have booked 2 cars for return trip to JB, drivers were friendly and helpful. Ride was comfortable and cars were clean too.

Took a return trip from SG to JB and back. Multiple pickup and drop off points available at a small fee. Very affordable and comfortable rides. Drivers were helpful and punctual too. Would definitely recommend!

Very pleased with the service Best Way has provided. From easy booking via WhatsApp, to being very responsive to the many queries I had before the trip. The vehicle was clean and fits our family of 7 well. Our driver, Brian, was also fantastic! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for transport from SG to MY.

Driver by the name Jeff was fantastic. First of all he came earlier than my set time and waited for me. On the way to the border crossing he offered me to buy a coffee, after I told him that I had a 17 hours nonstop flight and didn't sleep well. He helped at the Johor border crossing and customs. He was handling my 2 heavy suitcases. I'll ask Richard if he could designate Jeff again on the way back. Richard also was helpful from the beginning. He is very professional. His company is very reliable.
