Saya memesan untuk 17 orang, saya mendapatkan 3 van perjalanan dari changi airport menuju JB. Ini sangat memudahkan kami saat proses check di imigrasi karena kami tidak perlu turun dengan koper. Lalu dari Johor kami berganti dengan Bus Besar. Driver sangat ramah terlebih kami sangat dibantu oleh Mr Richard, yg berkomunikasi via whatsapp dari beberapa bulan yang lalu. Dimana Mr Richard memberikan banyak masukan tentang trip kami. Pelaganan yg ramah dengan harga yang bagus. Terima kasih banyak untuk bantuannya. Kami pasti akan memesan kembali ketika kami akan melakukan trip dikemudian hari. Sukses Mr Richard dan team! God bless.

Richard was very responsive in answering my doubts and arranged the transport for my holiday trip. Driver Brian was friendly and punctual . Overall good service and highly recommended.

Best & genuine service! Huge thanks to The boss and driver Jackson who went out of their way to help us out late at night when we faced issue at JB checkpoint, since we didn't have a print out of visa, we requested to customs officer to help us out but despite seeing our family with 3 infants, 2 elderly parents , the officers had no sense of humanity. We had valid visas but no print out. Thankfully the boss and driver Jackson at best way transport helped to print it out and send it to us at checkpoint. 2025: Been using them few times already. Friendly drivers.

We engaged Best Way Transport for our company's business trip to JB. We had many people on the trip and needed several pick-up points and vehicles, which made the arrangements a little complicated. However, they were able to accommodate us and the transport went smoothly. Instructions provided for the pick-up were also very clear-cut and their replies on Whatsapp are also fast, in case you meet any hiccups and need to contact them urgently. Just an area for improvement in future is to inform passengers of any last minute changes in drivers even though the vehicle plate no. remains the same, as passengers may face challenges in contacting the drivers on the ETA.
