I had an excellent experience using Bestways Transport from Changi Airport to Johor Bahru. The service was outstanding — the driver was punctual and waited for me right at the airport arrival gate, unlike other services that only pick up from the parking area. I was pleasantly surprised to be picked up in a vehicle that was even better than what was promised. The driver was incredibly professional and patient, especially during the immigration process at both Singapore and Malaysia checkpoints. He even accompanied me calmly and supportively through an unexpected immigration interview due to a missing return ticket. Truly a top-notch service that goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!
