I had a great experience with driver Wayne, who was extremely professional and friendly. He was early for the trip and waited for us, even though we were about 10 minutes late. My family had a great conversation with the driver throughout the trip, and he had a strong sense of awareness to lower the volume of the music as the passengers were asleep. Thank you very much for the pleasant journey!

First of all, the response time was very good, as we decided the evening before to try to book a driver to go to Malaysia, quick response and good service. Our driver came at the agreed timing and off we went to Malaysia from Singapore. He was very good and drove carefully and took good vare of the whole group. There were some places we wanted to see, and our driver made sure to take us all the places and waited whilst we got to take some pictures. We also wanted to go shopping at Johor outlet, and he picked us up when we were done. And as an extra service he helped us find some souvenirs that we wanted. This was great, we recommend BestWay Transport, thank you.

Fantastic! A great hassle free ride. Drivers were on time and very helpful. The car provided was very comfortable, well maintained and clean. Most importantly Richard was always available to attend to our requests and arrange the routes. 👍👍👍

Rapid response. Booked shortly after landing in SG. Drivers are very professional and Vehicles were spotless. Able to book last minute and dropped my group safely across the border in Malaysia, to the doorstep. Communication with drivers was excellent the minute the booking was confirmed and that didn't take long either! Company and Driver very friendly. Used this company about 4 times during a visit back in November 2022 and they were excellent and reliable!
