Very pleased with the service Best Way has provided. From easy booking via WhatsApp, to being very responsive to the many queries I had before the trip. The vehicle was clean and fits our family of 7 well. Our driver, Brian, was also fantastic! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for transport from SG to MY.

Driver by the name Jeff was fantastic. First of all he came earlier than my set time and waited for me. On the way to the border crossing he offered me to buy a coffee, after I told him that I had a 17 hours nonstop flight and didn't sleep well. He helped at the Johor border crossing and customs. He was handling my 2 heavy suitcases. I'll ask Richard if he could designate Jeff again on the way back. Richard also was helpful from the beginning. He is very professional. His company is very reliable.

Saya memesan untuk 17 orang, saya mendapatkan 3 van perjalanan dari changi airport menuju JB. Ini sangat memudahkan kami saat proses check di imigrasi karena kami tidak perlu turun dengan koper. Lalu dari Johor kami berganti dengan Bus Besar. Driver sangat ramah terlebih kami sangat dibantu oleh Mr Richard, yg berkomunikasi via whatsapp dari beberapa bulan yang lalu. Dimana Mr Richard memberikan banyak masukan tentang trip kami. Pelaganan yg ramah dengan harga yang bagus. Terima kasih banyak untuk bantuannya. We booked a Starex for an entire family of 6 adults and a child. Our driver, Brian, was prompt to reply to messages, was super helpful, friendly and picked us up on time! Both our journeys, to and fro JB, were relaxed and safe. Will definitely booked this service next time and highly recommended!

Best & genuine service! Huge thanks to The boss and driver Jackson who went out of their way to help us out late at night when we faced issue at JB checkpoint, since we didn't have a print out of visa, we requested to customs officer to help us out but despite seeing our family with 3 infants, 2 elderly parents , the officers had no sense of humanity. We had valid visas but no print out. Thankfully the boss and driver Jackson at best way transport helped to print it out and send it to us at checkpoint.

We engaged Best Way Transport for our company's business trip to JB. We had many people on the trip and needed several pick-up points and vehicles, which made the arrangements a little complicated. However, they were able to accommodate us and the transport went smoothly. Instructions provided for the pick-up were also very clear-cut and their replies on Whatsapp are also fast, in case you meet any hiccups and need to contact them urgently. Just an area for improvement in future is to inform passengers of any last minute changes in drivers even though the vehicle plate no. remains the same, as passengers may face challenges in contacting the drivers on the ETA.

MY mum and I was desperate to get to JB directly, due to family emergency. my mum is in a wheelchair, n since we've just sold our car, we don't know how to get quickly to JB n we had to get there fast. So I googled n immediately chose best way transport. Richard replied to my WhatsApp msg almost immediately. I explained the situation to him coz my elderly mum had to go alone 1st with her wheelchair n all her bags. He listened n reacted very fast, he understood my concerns ABT my elderly mum traveling alone coz I told him how old people tended to panic easily n get scared. We were lucky coz due to Richard s quick reaction, he told me one of his driver's is in Spore already. N was able to arrive in less than 30 mins. When the driver TS arrived, I explained to him the situation again n he was so kind n patient when handling my elderly mum. He told me not to worry, he will make sure my mum will arrive at her destination quickly m safely n he will make sure our JB family will be there to greet my mum. Plus traffic on causeway happened to be clear. So on the whole with Richard n TS strong support, they made my mum's travel a seamless n absolutely stress-free. So thank you VERY MUCH for both Ur excellent customer service especially when handling the elderly. We are forever grateful to U both. N the fare was competitive too... Quite reasonable. I will recommend best way transport to anyone. They will take care of u extremely well. Keep up the good work guys!!

My worst nightmare happened yesterday late noon when my family and I found ourselves denied entry into Singapore and forced to turn back to JB as we didn’t know LTA implemented VEP online only before you enter Singapore and no more buying it upon arrival. Upon returning to JB and thinking of alternative mode of transportation to re-enter Singapore (with kids and luggages in tow), I googled and found Best Way Transport, they have (legitimate) private cars like practically on standby to drive you into Singapore. They are fast, punctual and my assigned driver is very friendly too. Thanks again to Best Way Transport for making my day!!!
