Very pleased with the service Best Way has provided. From easy booking via WhatsApp, to being very responsive to the many queries I had before the trip. The vehicle was clean and fits our family of 7 well. Our driver, Brian, was also fantastic! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for transport from SG to MY.

Driver by the name Jeff was fantastic. First of all he came earlier than my set time and waited for me. On the way to the border crossing he offered me to buy a coffee, after I told him that I had a 17 hours nonstop flight and didn't sleep well. He helped at the Johor border crossing and customs. He was handling my 2 heavy suitcases. I'll ask Richard if he could designate Jeff again on the way back. Richard also was helpful from the beginning. He is very professional. His company is very reliable.

Saya memesan untuk 17 orang, saya mendapatkan 3 van perjalanan dari changi airport menuju JB. Ini sangat memudahkan kami saat proses check di imigrasi karena kami tidak perlu turun dengan koper. Lalu dari Johor kami berganti dengan Bus Besar. Driver sangat ramah terlebih kami sangat dibantu oleh Mr Richard, yg berkomunikasi via whatsapp dari beberapa bulan yang lalu. Dimana Mr Richard memberikan banyak masukan tentang trip kami. Pelaganan yg ramah dengan harga yang bagus. Terima kasih banyak untuk bantuannya.
