Such a luxury chauffeur-driven way to go to neighbouring Malaysia. Better than flying unless you're strapped for time. Our driver, Jacky, is such a gem! He was quick to adjust the aircon just by seeing us rush in from the hot sun or starting to snooze. He was accommodating of our request for rest stops and always considerate of us seniors on board. I'll definitely recommend this coach company and Jacky.

Great experience with Best Way Transport in May 2026. Planning team was very responsive when I got in touch with them on Whatsapp. Kaitlyn was very helpful and provided information with clarity for all queries/concerns. Opted for a two-way transfer from SG to JB and back. For both journeys, the respective drivers Jie and John reported on time and drove us to our destination safely. They were courteous and helpful. Hope to avail of services from Best Way Transport again and would certainly recommend them for travel between SG and MAS.

These guys made our trip from Singapore to Malaysia easy, comfortable limo vans, great communication & flawless border crossing, our bus was an hour late from KL to Johor & the driver waited for us without any bother, would highly recommend this company!!
I contacted bestway transport to book a car to travel to Cameron Highlands. The response was excellent, they were clear with their instructions and as promised the car was always on time to pick us up. We got Mr Shawn for our trip and he was super good. Very pleasant and professional, he was great with the kids, he made the entire trip a pleasant experience. We travelled with 2 kids and my elderly mother. Mr Shawn also always looked out for my mother too, made sure she was comfortable and careful when alighting from the Alphard. Highly highly recommend, we have become customers who will keep coming back.

We hired an Alphard with them for a two way trip from Changi to Johor. Driver. Afiq was super responsive & professional. He maintained timings as promised. The service was incredible, would recommend them for anyone.
My driver is very good. I travelled with 2 young kids and he make sure they are comfortable and ensure their safety whenever we needed to alight. He makes sure we has most comfort whenever the situation.
